Payment is required to guarantee a place on the course i.e. registration only does not guarantee placement. Once the registration form is completed you will be taken to a payment screen. There are two payment options – Online (credit card) or Manual payment. Selection and then completion of Online Payment will result in an email acknowledgement of payment being sent to the registered email. Selection of the Manual Payment option results in an screen acknowledgement that advises registration completion occurs when payment has been received by the office, with the account number being 02 0168-0240227-004 (BNZ).
Cost: NZ$460 (incl GST)
All cancellations by a registrant must be made in writing to the NZSA Part 3 administrator, Lynne Wood, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received up to 30 October 2017 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. A 50% refund of the registration fee is available for cancellations made between 31 October 2017 and 15 November 2017. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the course i.e. from 16 November until course day are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid. However, consideration will be given to refund requests if there are medical or compassionate grounds. In the case of the course being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum numbers not being reached, registration fees will be refunded in full. Any other cancellation costs e.g. transport/accommodation etc incurred will be the responsibility of the registrant, so personal insurance to cover this scenario is recommended.
