13th ICCVA/ASM 2012
Drs Marian Hussey and Ivan Bergman are the co-convenors for the jointly hosted (ANZCA/NZSA) 13th International Congress of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia being hosted in Auckland in conjunction with the NZ ASM. The meeting dates are 15-17 November 2012 at SkyCity and the theme is What Became of the Broken Hearted? Outcomes and how to change them.
Scientific convenors Prof Alan Merry and Nelis Kruger will be developing a leading edge cardiac anaesthesia scientific programme and the ASM will provide a supporting general anaesthesia programme. The web site is www.iccva2012.com, the PCO is Conference Innovators and the HCI rep is Steven Laurent.
