PANNZ UPDATE MEETING 2018

Barnett Lecture Theatre, Dunedin School of Medicine, 201 Great King Street, Dunedin.
A one day course suitable for the Specialist and Non-specialist Paediatric Anaesthetists, Nurses, Technicians and Trainee anaesthetists wanting to upgrade their knowledge of current paediatric anaesthetic management.
REGISTRATION
Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering for the conference. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Once in Dunedin Public Hospital, you will need to make your way to the Barnett Lecture Theatre located on the 1st Floor.
PAYMENT AND RECEIPT/INVOICE
Payment for registration must be made at the time of registration via credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
A summary of your registration and a tax invoice will be emailed to you within seven working days.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received:
• On or before 1 March 2018 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid
• After 1 March 2018 there will be no refund.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.
INSURANCE
The Conference Organising Committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Dunedin City is compact, once inside the city it is easy to walk to the School of Medicine.
